Easily translate our website
We understand that Dutch may not be your primary language. You can use the built-in Google Translate function to view all pages in English or another preferred language. Look for the translation tool and select your desired language—it’s quick and straightforward!

Course materials and book sales
One of the most valuable services we offer is our course materials platform, tailored to help you access the required academic resources for your studies. Since Erasmus students may face challenges purchasing these materials, we have outlined a step-by-step guide below to help you navigate the process.

Accessing and buying course materials

1. Visit Our Course Website
   Go to https://cursusdienst.boerekot.be/courseservice/.

2. Create an Account

   • Fill in your personal details to set up an account.

   • Once registered, log in to your profile.

3. Find Your Courses

   • Go to 'Courseservice' and click on 'Buy courses'.

   • Search for the courses you’re enrolled in. You can filter the courses by studyfield.

   • Select the materials required for your classes.

4. Place Your Order

   • Add your chosen materials to the cart and proceed with the order.

   • Payments can be made on-site during the pickup process.

5. Pick Up Your Materials

   • Course materials are available for pickup on Campus Coupure in Building E, downstairs near the stairs.

   • Payment methods include cash, Payconic, or Bancontact (only the first 2 weeks) (note: VISA is not accepted).

   • To check the opening hours of the course service:

     • Visit the Cursus page on our website for the latest updates.

     • Add 'VLK Cursusdienst' to your courses on Ufora for additional information.

6. Track Your Order

   • Go on your account to 'Your orders'.

   • Check the ‘Status’ column on the website to see if your materials are ready for pickup.
